INGREDIENTS:

3 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

Cook ingredients on medium heat. To test, remover from heat. Periodically dip a large spoon into the hot ingredients and when visible threads are formed, remove from heat. Cool slightly. Butter your hands and scoop up small amounts to pull until candy is white. Stretch candy out into a rope and cut off sizes of pieces desired.
