I have recently received this recipe from my neice and at first I admit I wondered if it was going to work. It is absolutely delicious and because of the vinegar and oil dressing this will keep days in the refrigerator. Also, this recipe calls for 2 pkg of broccoli slaw mix which is available now in most supermarkets. Usually I have lots left and I have enjoyed having this for snacks during the day although this recipe can be halved. I hope you enjoy it.
2 Pkg Broccoli Slaw Mix
2 Pkg Top Ramen Beef Noodles (crushed finely)*
Sunflower Seeds.... crushed ( I left mine whole)
6 (or less according to taste) chopped green onions
Save some of the crushed Ramen Noodles for sprinkling on top of saladad. Mix remaining ingredients together and set aside.
1 Cup Cannola Oil (no substitutes)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
Beef Spice Pkt from Ramen Noodles
Place above ingredients in jar and shake until mixed well. Pour over broccoli salad.
