I have recently received this recipe from my neice and at first I admit I wondered if it was going to work. It is absolutely delicious and because of the vinegar and oil dressing this will keep days in the refrigerator. Also, this recipe calls for 2 pkg of broccoli slaw mix which is available now in most supermarkets. Usually I have lots left and I have enjoyed having this for snacks during the day although this recipe can be halved. I hope you enjoy it.
