Beef and Cheese Roll

1 LB Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
3/4 Cup Kraft Barbeque Sauce
6 Slices American Cheese
2 Cans Crescent Dinner Rolls
2 Tsp Sesame Seeds

Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in BBQ sauce; set aside.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent dinner rolls dough on 15x13 inch rectangle pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Press seams together so that crescent dough is a long triangle. Spread meat mixture lengthwise down center of dough. Top with cheese squares. Fold short ends of dough over about an inch. Overlap long ends over top of meat mixture. Pinch to seal. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let roll stand 5 minutes before serving.

Oriental Chicken

1 Chicken (cut up)
cooking oil
flour
salt & pepper

Mix flour, salt and pepper and coat chicken. Brown chicken in oil and set aside.


Sauce

1 Can (large) Crushed Pineapple
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Chicken Bouillion Cube
1 bell pepper (chopped)

Mix above ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil until thickened. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
