Here's What You Need!
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cupss all-purpose flour
1 eggs
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoonss vanilla extract assortment of fresh fruit
(bananas, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, etc.) |

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar. Add egg and mix. Add flour,
cream of tartar, soda and salt. Blend well and press into a pizza pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until light
brown. Cool.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread
on cooled crust.

Arrange fruit on top of filling and chill before serving.
