The reason you have not received the KEEP SMILING™ Newsletter for the past few weeks is because KEEP SMILING has grown too big and has had to move on to another means of sending the newsletter to you.
On April 4th when I was sending out ISSUE #102 for that week my account was shutdown for violating the Rate Limits that was imposed by America Online in their efforts to stop spamming. Although I was able to talk with an officials at the Community Action Team at AOL and was able to regain the account, I am left with the impression that my account is compromised and this led me to want to find other methods of sending e-mail.
KEEP SMILING does not have any intention of breaking the rules, and has respect for the honorable intentions that America Online has to control the e-mail spam and eliminate the pornography advertisements in the e-mail.
At this time it is my intention to put the newsletter on the web for all to see and I will not be mailing it out . Presently you can find links to KEEP SMILING ISSUE #103 listed in the KEEP SMILING DIRECTORY and on the page for PAST ISSUES
For the past several weeks I have downloaded several new programs to assist me with this problem that you may be interested in also. I have put together my own FREE world of the Internet. Every program that I list here is FREE and they work fine !!!! I use these programs daily. I do not even have to pay for access. (I still have an aol account but it is not necessary)

This program is FREE INTERNET ACCESS.. With this program you can get connected to the web with no cost ...really it is free ... there is a Netzero advertising banner on the screen .....small price to pay for a free service.

There are several versions of this e-mail program. some are free and this program is favored by many .. with this Eudora and Netzero you can send and receive e-mail and surf the web.

Pow Wow is an interesting Program that is world wide communications. You can chat with people in different parts of the world in real time chatrooms or you can have one on one chats (even voice communications like talking on a telephone). You can play games while you chat with your friends either in a group or one on one. This is also free.

America Online Instant Messenger enables you to chat with your buddies while you are connected to Netero in real time. This is also Free!

Coollist is a means for sending e-mail to a group of friends and associates where it be personal or business the service is free. Your list can be moderated or non-moderated. No spamming is allowed .
